Bill recently co-facilitated a watch party for the 2024 Faith Driven Entrepreneur Conference at Island ECC, where together with the team they played a pivotal role in helping Christ-following entrepreneurs be connected in community and fulfill their God-given call to create. The conference focused on our identity in Christ Jesus instead of placing it on a performance oriented identity:

• Performance: I am what I do.

• Possession: I am what I have.

• Popularity: I am what others think.

Faith driven entrepreneurial leadership takes on the posture that it is all God’s and one is only a steward of these God given resources and skills.

Through facilitating Faith Driven Entrepreneur Foundation Groups, Bill has experienced spiritual renewal and personal inspiration. He promotes the idea that being a Faith Driven Entrepreneur allows individuals to move beyond constant striving, to be in community with like-minded entrepreneurs as part of a local and global movement dedicated to the needs of Christians who are also entrepreneurs.

Bill's participation underscores a critical mission: to ensure that entrepreneurs feel supported and understood in their faith, thereby unleashing their potential as leaders and change-makers within their communities. By mobilizing this group of Christ-driven business leaders, the Faith Driven Entrepreneur movement seeks to create impactful change, encouraging a culture of redemption in a world often marked by division.
